Have you ever been offered a "Guarantee" from a Real Estate Broker before?   We offer one!  As Exclusive Buyer Brokers, we elect not to sell homes. Therefore, we have no conflicts of interest or bias concerning the home you purchase. Therefore working with you as a single party broker, we can Guarantee that we will only work on behalf of, and for the benefit of, YOU, the Buyer. 

This also means that we "Guarantee" not to ever change our Broker Relationship with our Buyer's, from a "Single Party Broker" to a "Transaction Broker", which is allowed by the NEW Oklahoma Real Estate Law effective since November 1, 2000. 

Other firms, who have large inventories of homes for sale, cannot logically offer this Guarantee. Why? If the home you wish to buy is listed with the same broker you are working with, you may have to change your relationship with them from a single party broker to a transaction broker, or potentially even released from that broker to go work with another broker. So, it makes sense to start from the beginning, working with a broker who can "guarantee" this scenerio won't happen to you! You DO have a choice !
